DECLARATION AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT

By registering on this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  You hereby declare that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• 2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISREPRESENTATION
  You acknowledge and agree that you shall be held fully liable for any false, misleading, or inaccurate information provided. If any such information is found to be false or misleading:
• a. The Registrar reserves the right to take necessary legal action, including but not limited to the cancellation of your registration, reporting to relevant authorities, and pursuit of civil or criminal remedies as applicable under Ghanaian law.
• b. You shall bear any legal consequences arising from such misrepresentation, including potential penalties under the laws of Ghana.
• 3. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
  You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Ghana, including but not limited to the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and any other relevant statutes governing the registration process.
• 4. INDEMNITY
  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Registrar from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs incurred as a result of any inaccurate, false, or misleading information provided by you.
• 5. GOVERNING LAW
  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.
• 6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
  By clicking "Register," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
